Refund and Returns Policy

1. Zero Tolerance Policy: Safety and Integrity

Due to the critical, life-saving nature of I-safe laser goggles and the necessity of maintaining strict quality control and safety certifications, all sales are considered final.

As Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), these products cannot be restocked, resold, or returned once they have left our controlled facility. This zero-tolerance policy ensures that every customer receives a product with an uncompromised chain of custody and guaranteed integrity, free from potential contamination or undisclosed damage.

2. No Returns and No Exchanges

  • Final Sale: All purchases made through the I-safe laser goggles website are final and non-returnable.
  • Hygiene and Safety: Returns are strictly rejected for hygiene and safety reasons, preventing the risk of contaminated or used products being introduced back into our inventory.
  • No Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges under any circumstances.

3. Exceptions: Manufacturing Defects ONLY

We stand behind the quality of our German engineering. The only exception to this policy is a verifiable, factory-related manufacturing defect.

3.1 Defect Reporting Procedure:

  1. The customer must notify I-safe laser goggles via email at help@isafelasergoggles.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. The email must include the Order Number, detailed photographs of the defect, and a clear description of the issue.
  3. Defective products must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original packaging.

3.2 Evaluation and Remedy:

  • Upon receipt, I-safe’s Quality Control team will strictly inspect the item. We reserve the sole right to determine if the damage is a genuine manufacturing defect or the result of misuse, mishandling, or improper selection by the customer.
  • If a genuine manufacturing defect is confirmed, our sole obligation will be, at our discretion:
    • To replace the identical product.
    • To issue a refund for the purchase price.

4. Strict Responsibility of the Customer

The customer bears absolute and sole responsibility for the following actions. Failure to adhere to these points voids any possibility of a return or refund:

  • Correct Product Selection: The customer must ensure they have selected the correct Optical Density (OD) and Wavelength coverage appropriate for their specific laser application. I-safe is not liable for customer error in product selection.
  • Shipping and Customs Fees: All shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable.
  • Transit Damage: I-safe transfers the risk of loss to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for damage incurred during transit. Claims for transit damage must be filed directly with the shipping carrier (e.g., DHL, FedEx).

5. Order Cancellation

  • Order Lock: Due to our immediate processing protocols, order cancellation requests are not guaranteed. Once an order is placed, it is instantly locked for processing and shipping preparation.
  • Absolute Discretion: Any cancellation granted will be subject to a 10% processing fee to cover fulfillment and administrative costs.
